Technical Support for DSL

Because DSL is an "ALWAYS online" service, not as many problems are endured as may be the case with dailup connections, especially when using a Router.

Telephone technical support is limited to the following:

  • Connection to the internet
  • Browsing (with Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6+)
  • Email (with Thunderbird, ISP does not recommend the use of ANY Microsoft Email Programs)
  • ISP supplied modem and Network Interface Card (NIC)

ISP will not provide telephone support on any configurations other than those stated above.

ISP highly recommends customers use an anti-virus and firewall software. Routers are also recommended over a modem.

We do not provide technical support for 3rd party devices or software.

When downloading from sites. Speed may vary depending on various factors including size of files downloaded and capacity of sites visited.
